Ever had TMJ? oh my gosh, it is so painful. The past couple of days it was uncomfortable but this morning was downright killer. Blurry eyes, severe headache and can't open my mouth. I've done ibuprofen, ice, heat... now I'm trying to get into for a massage. It's right here:

Ouch. If it's not one thing it's another. Didn't I just go on a nice relaxing vacation? Feels like a million years ago.
