Mom's Craniotomy surgery on Friday went very, very well. The first thing out of her mouth when we saw her in ICU was how LOUD it was in recovery. She kept telling them to just let her sleep but she said they wouldn't shut up! The surgery was to have taken about 2 hours. She was done in less than an hour. The surgeon came out and said everything went smoothly with no problems.
I could really see a change today when we went and saw her, she was talking up a storm, watching TV and very excited that my brother brought her a radio so she could listen to her TX RANGERS.
There is a huge difference in her speech, thought process and level of energy even today.
we're very positive that this will all work out well.
