Mom has been released from Medical City Dallas to Baylor Hospital Rehab in Garland. The past 4 weeks have been pretty stressful for all of us. Wayne has been here most of the time which is good since he could be at the hospital for extended amounts of time while we worked or kept up with our own schedules. Steve has been the mover and runner. That's what being retired will do for you. Sheila was the closest to Medical City, working at TI's location at Park Central right behind the hospital.
Me, a little of everything. Making phone calls when we couldn't get answers from anyone, sitting by the bed as many evenings as I could, trying to keep mom awake during the day so she would sleep at night.
This was about the scariest 4 weeks ever.
